Project Description
We had the pleasure to meet the Sunnyside Games team when they presented at LIFT a while ago. They were developing Towaga and they we helped them out to get their work more efficient using Scrum.
We trained them on Scrum, we helped them to groom their first Backlog, followed them during their first Sprints and kept Coaching on them for a while.
Sunnyside Games is one of the several growing Game Development companies in the region, we love what they do !
