Passed my Scrum Professional Certification (CSP), always good to refresh knowledge and more to share it

I have just passed my Scrum Professional Certification (CSP), a bit theoretical, but always good to groom and refresh knowledge and even more to share it. Please find below some links to my sources and the notes I have used.

Few observations, first the CSP certification path changed, so for those that have already or applying today (last day!), you will have up to 90 calendar days (from the date you apply) to schedule and complete the exam. Post 90 calendar days, your application will be discarded! For the others please find here more details about the new certification path.

On the other hand, the books and the web sites, I am listing here, remain excellent sources you may want to use to refresh or extend your Scrum knowledge.

Books

  • Succeeding with Agile: Software Development Using Scrum
by Mike Cohn. See my notes and highlights here.
“In general, you can pick any books written by Mike and you would not be disappointed!”
  • Extreme Programming Pocket Guide
    by Chromatic.
“Like me, if you need to refresh your programming old time and get an Extreme Programming update, this the short book you should read!”
  • The Art of Agile Development
    by James Shore
“most of his book is available online, including some bonus material!”
