Relaxation ice cream improves sleep – ENGLISH ONLY
Did you know? In December 2013, Bebida Beverage announced that it was developing an ice cream designed to promote relaxation and improve sleep. Ingredients in the relaxation ice cream include melatonin,
milk thistle, rose hip and valerian root. The US- based food and beverage brand has been testing the ice cream in vanilla and chocolate flavors.
