Scrum for none IT organisations!
We have recently presented Scrum in a nutshell to a private foundation which is willing to manage a multiple small to medium projects portfolio with an Agile approach.
Setting up a longer term Strategy with Services Roadmaps and related backlogs, it can definitively be applied to any organization. We always said Scrum can work for anyone, we are looking forward to train them next week and most likely starting a first Sprint the week after!
Scrum in a nutshell
Of course, getting people to understand Scrum is the first step and not the most difficult one. Getting them using it successfully is another, but that’s practicing is key and coaching is absolutely necessary.
