Cosmetics brand’s immersive rainforest experience is Oculus Rift-compatible

November 2014 saw Brazil-based cosmetics company Boticário promote a new make-up collection with an immersive website. Users could explore a colorful ‘rainforest’ to discover products from the new make B. Tropical Colors range, with products available to purchase at the end of the experience. The site was compatible with Oculus Rift; shoppers were invited to experience the campaign using the virtual reality headsets at selected Boticário stores across Brazil.
