Building 6 airplanes in 6 Sprints, our Scrum training game is a huge success!
Our first Scrum Training Game is a huge success, everyone played, learned and experienced 6 Real Sprints in an evening.
We have played a business game, where all participants became the engineers and technicians of AIREING, a leading airplanes manufacturer. We built 2 teams, which have received the objectives to build 3 airplanes in a minimum of Sprints, while saving money and keeping well known AIREING quality motto “Zero Defects”.
It was a great opportunity to build the team and to practice Scrum prior to start their real first Sprint and avoid some of the basic errors every teams will experiment when getting into Scrum for the first time.
